Q: Who is the weekly newsletter coming from?
Q: IVH?
A: IVH = In-Venue Hospitality
Q: Regarding the uniforms: Filled in the form as requested but worried about the offered sizes. Who can I speak to regarding uniform?
A: You can find very clear uniform guidelines and measurement charts here and linked in the uniform form. You can always reach out to us via email for any questions.
Q: How many days before will you inform about the collection of the uniforms?
A: Your schedules will be available in Rosterfy at least 10 days before your actual collection date. It will coincide with your training days.

Q: Can women wear men’s uniforms?
A: Absolutely; reach out to us at our WFO e-mail address, and we will help you with your specific uniform needs. Great care has gone into our uniform design and kits to ensure that everyone is comfortable.
Q: So, when we receive a Slack email, we will then download the app, or do we need to download it prior to receiving the email?
A: You do not need to have downloaded the app prior to receiving the invite email, but it doesn’t hurt! You just won’t be able to access the workspace until you’ve been officially invited.
Q: It is too late to change one size for one item? Will there be other sizes on site?
A: It is not too late – please email p24wfo@onlocationexp.com with your adjustments.
Q: If you lose the Revolut card, you lose all the money right?
A: We are in the process of finalizing the distribution process and conditions for the Revolut cards. Once determined, we will communicate the terms to all recipients.
Q: The various hours of trainings realised and to be realised are subject to extra pay?
A: Training materials are being released on Rosterfy and we encourage all staff to be a part of one or more calls leading up to their departure. These calls are optional and geared towards the readiness of our team. It’s in everyone’s benefit to be a part of these calls, but they are not required. Time spent on training in Rosterfy and on calls should be minimal, please consult your functional area lead or program director regarding submitting days worked for training time.
Q: I am not clear if everyone will receive an On Location email address, or if there are any exceptions? And what would be the area of application of this email: connect on slack? Management correspondence?
A: With few exceptions (determined by your FA lead for operational purposes), only Level 1 contractors will receive On Location email addresses. All workforce working with On Location for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games will be provisioned in Slack, and a personal email will be used if you are not receiving an On Location email. Those who receive On Location emails will use them for systems access and all correspondence related to their position with OL for the Games.
Q: What about using US phone in France? Will incur charges etc. How is that reimbursed?
A: Roaming costs from a US plan will be very high, and it's encouraged that you purchase an e-SIM on arrival. Before you do, discuss with your Program Manager to make sure this is needed. E-SIMS through Orange are very affordable, and the cost is covered by your daily per diem.
